Coaching and PD Design

After identifying gaps from the surveys, I designed a few sessions of professional development and even individual coaching sessions with specific teachers.

Learning Design Solution

I parlayed the initial survey data and the individual sessions I created into a full-fledge design solution. This is a series of PDs based on filling the gaps our teachers have and teaching them how to use these tools creatively.
